What is a 90 Day Fitness Challenge?
 
It is a 12 week course that is designed to change peoples lives. It starts with transforming the mentality that many people have that struggle with weight and then shares simple, practical knowledge in the areas of diet and exercise. These meetings can be conducted in a small group setting or in a large arena. The meetings are re-enforced through the week with daily inspirations from the book “The 90 Day Fitness Challenge”. The challengers are also given additional tools as they become members of the online community. Things like meal planners, instructional videos, and a community forum make them equipped to win the battle of the bulge. 
 
What is the significance of 90 days?
 
90 days is a period of time that is significant because if you can do something for 90 days then it becomes a habit that you can maintain for the rest of your life.
 
Why A Challenge?
 
People really want to change their lives. A challenge gives them the inciting event that motivates them to make that change. It helps when people who have previously felt all alone in the weight loss struggle come together to tackle the problem. There is a synergy and excitement that is created when people work together to change!
 
How Did the 90 Day Fitness Challenge Get Started?
 
It started with a conversation about a need and a desire to help people who felt trapped inside their own body. The first challenge event took place in January 2009 in Simpsonville, SC with over 850 people in attendance. Thousands of pounds were lost and hundreds of people shared their success stories. Out of that challenge came the book and DVD entitled “The 90 Day Fitness Challenge” which has spread nationwide with much success.
 
Why is the 90 Day Fitness Challenge Different Than Other Weight Loss Plans?
 
Simply put this plan not only talks about the practical aspects of weight loss but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual ones as well. Phil and Amy have personally experienced the struggle of being trapped under weight that held them back from their dreams. Because of this participants can relate to Phil and Amy as they tell their story and lead them through the process one day at a time. What makes it different from other weight loss programs is simply this- it has a heart.
 
How Do I Bring A Fitness Challenge to my Church, Community, or Company?
 
There are two ways to bring the challenge to your area. Both of these are available on our online store. The difference between these levels is that with one you have a leader that starts a group and leads the group from start to finish using our leaders guide, DVD, and book. With the other you also have a leader that conducts the weekly meetings with the same materials but the kick off meeting is conducted by Phil and Amy in your city.
 
With level one the cost is only $59.95 per person and the participants get 3 months access to our online community, the online meal planner, weekly conference call with Phil and Amy and other experts, an online forum, the book, and 12 weekly meetings where they watch the instructional DVD.
 
With level two you get all of these things but you also get Phil and Amy to come to your group and have a leadership training meeting and also kick off the first week of the 90 Day Fitness Challenge with your group. This is available with a minimum group of 150 people. The cost is $90.00 per person.
 
Each organization will also need to purchase one leaders kit. This includes the downloadable leaders manual with printable materials, The 90 Day Fitness Challenge DVD, and a pdf file that contains logos, posters, and other things needed to market the challenge to your community. The cost of this kit is $129.95.
